Note: This story is written by me, Paige Hebert. I wrote this one years ago back in high school, finding my rough draft years later and changed the grammar recently to at least make it look good. Also, this story is complete fiction, not based on a true crime, just wanted to share an old story I wrote before. I also thought this story would be good to share for the spooky season since Halloween is coming really soon this month. The day came so fast for Janelle, a girl from Des Moines, Iowa. Her family moved to a big, old, squeaky house in a small town of Norwalk, Iowa. Her mother worked in a huge business for auto insurance, but quit her job to become an employee clerk for a small pet store. Her dad is a house husband, and Janelle herself is a babysitter to one of the neighbor’s children. Janelle used to go hang out with her friends after school, but now works part-time to the kids next door who are spoiled and horrible towards her. Janelle’s little brother, Jackson, is a thirteen
